Details on how the DockHub Uno pre-sale will be organized.

Pre-Sale Policy

Overview

DockHub products may be offered for pre-sale prior to general availability. This policy explains how pre-orders are handled, including payment, cancellations, fulfillment timing, and product updates.

Payment Terms

  • All pre-sale orders are paid in full at checkout at the advertised pre-sale discounted price.
  • By placing a pre-order, you authorize DockHub to charge your payment method at the time of purchase.

Shipping Start Date

  • Pre-sale shipments will begin on May 18, 2026.
  • Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If demand exceeds available inventory, new orders may continue to be accepted as pre-orders, with the estimated lead time clearly displayed on our storefront at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds (Before Shipment)

  • Customers may cancel their pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order ships.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customer-Initiated Delays & Unresponsiveness

If a pre-ordered unit is ready to ship but the customer:

  • Requests delayed delivery, or
  • Becomes unresponsive

DockHub will:

  • Hold the unit for up to six (6) months
  • Make at least three (3) documented attempts to contact the customer if a delay request is made

If the customer remains unresponsive after this period, DockHub may proceed with shipment to the address on file using standard delivery methods.

Once the order is shipped and marked as fulfilled, responsibility transfers to the carrier and the customer. DockHub is not responsible for delivery issues after shipment is in transit.

Product Changes During Pre-Sale

As part of normal product refinement:

  • Minor hardware, firmware, or enclosure changes may occur between pre-sale and shipment
  • Any changes will not materially affect core functionality, safety, or advertised performance

Address Changes

  • Shipping address changes may be requested up to two (2) weeks before shipments begin.
  • After that point, address change requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment and logistics are underway.

Quantity Limits

There are no limits on the number of units that may be pre-ordered per customer, unless otherwise stated.

What is a pre-sale?

A pre-sale allows you to reserve your DockHub unit before general availability. Pre-sale orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

What happens if I need to delay delivery?

Can the product change between pre-sale and shipment?

Minor refinements to hardware, firmware, or enclosure design may occur as part of normal product development.

These updates will not materially affect core functionality, safety, or advertised performance.

Can I change my shipping address?

Do you offer local pickup?

No. At this time, all orders are shipped directly to the provided delivery address.

Is shipping included?

Free shipping is included for all Florida deliveries

Shipping outside Florida is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout
