Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

DockHub offers products for sale as either standard fulfillment items or presale / pre-order items, depending on product availability. DockHub is committed to providing clear disclosures regarding fulfillment status, estimated lead times, and delivery expectations at the time of purchase.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


2. Presale & Pre-Order Items

Certain DockHub products may be offered for sale on a presale or pre-order basis.

  • Initial deliveries for presale items are expected to begin on or about May 18.

  • Orders placed during a presale or pre-order period will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received.

  • If demand exceeds available inventory, DockHub may continue accepting orders as pre-orders. In such cases, the estimated lead time will be clearly disclosed on the storefront at the time of purchase.

  • Customers will be notified of any material changes to the estimated fulfillment timeline.

Estimated delivery dates for presale or pre-order items are not guaranteed and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, logistics, or supply-chain factors.


3. Standard Fulfillment

For products listed as in stock at the time of purchase:

  • Orders generally ship within forty-eight (48) hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

  • Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


4. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Free shipping is offered for all orders delivered within the state of Florida.

  • Paid shipping is available for orders delivered outside of Florida. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • At this time, DockHub ships within the United States only.

  • Local pickup is not offered.


5. Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Signature confirmation is not required by default.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location provided is secure and accessible.

  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

  • DockHub is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.


6. Shipping Carriers

DockHub ships orders using reputable carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined at DockHub’s discretion based on destination, package dimensions, service availability, and reliability.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. DockHub is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

While DockHub makes reasonable efforts to meet stated fulfillment and delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather events, supply-chain disruptions, governmental or regulatory actions, or other force majeure events. DockHub shall not be held liable for such delays.
