Referral

Overview

The DockHub Referral Program rewards participants for sharing DockHub with others. Eligible participants receive a unique referral code that can be shared with friends, customers, or contacts. When qualifying purchases are made using that code, rewards are earned as outlined below.

This program is administered through the Essentials Loyalty app on Shopify.

Eligibility

• Referral program participation is open to individuals approved or enrolled through DockHub.
  
• Participants must have a valid referral code issued through our system.
  
• DockHub reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke participation at any time.
  

How the Referral Program Works

• Each participant receives a unique referral code.
  
• The referral code must be entered at checkout by the referred customer.
  
• A referral is considered valid only when a qualifying order is completed and paid.
  
• Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed orders do not count toward referral totals.
  

Reward Structure

• When four (4) qualifying orders are placed using a participant’s referral code, the participant becomes eligible to receive one (1) free DockHub unit.
  
• The free unit is provided as a product reward, issued through the referral system.
  
• Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  

Reward Fulfillment

• Free units are fulfilled after all four qualifying orders are confirmed and not refunded.
  
• Shipping for the free unit follows standard DockHub shipping policies.
  
• DockHub may require verification before issuing the reward.
  

Referral Code Usage Rules

• Referral codes:
  
  May be shared publicly or privately unless otherwise restricted
  
  May not be used by the participant for their own purchases
  
  May not be posted on coupon aggregation or discount-only websites
  
• DockHub reserves the right to disqualify referrals that appear abusive, automated, or misleading.

Program Limits & Abuse

• DockHub reserves the right to:
  
  Disqualify referrals obtained through fraud, manipulation, or self-referral
  
  Limit rewards per participant if abuse is suspected
  
  Modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice
  

Any attempt to game the system may result in forfeiture of rewards and removal from the program.

Taxes & Reporting

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with referral rewards. DockHub does not provide tax advice.

Changes to the Program

DockHub reserves the right to:

• Modify referral requirements
  
• Change reward thresholds
  
• Update or discontinue the referral program at any time
  

Changes will apply prospectively and will be reflected in this policy.
